This will be a hybrid position, with two evening shifts and 1 day shift per week. Every third weekend will be day shift.

Pay Range




$34.90 - $52.35

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible. In addition to the sign-on bonus, this position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. New teammates at Atrium Health are eligible for robust benefits packages and paid time off.

Where You Will Work:



Davie Medical Center ED is a 23-bed community hospital emergency department providing comprehensive patient care to a variety of illnesses and injuries. DMC ED is equipped to perform diagnostic imaging such as X-rays, CT, US and MRI as well as laboratory studies. The emergency department receives patients from the local county EMS as well as surrounding counties 24/7. Patients requiring critical care or surgical intervention are stabilized at Davie then transferred to a tertiary care center.

Expectations We're Looking For:



Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association ACLS are required within 6 months of hire 2 years of ED experience preferred

What You'll Do:



As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
