Your Role as a Charge RN:

As an RN Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing resident care and ensuring a

safe and supportive environment

. Supporting CNA staff and ensuring compliance with care protocols. Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as needed. Assisting in delivery of resident care. Monitoring residents' conditions and communicating effectively with families and physicians. Managing staffing assignments for current and incoming shifts. Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Responding to emergency situations and providing appropriate care. Fostering positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Your Role as RN Supervisor:

All of the above plus:

Managing staffing assignments for current and incoming shifts. Filing appropriate reports timely and thoroughly Completing resident assessments as needed.

What You'll Need:

Active Delaware RN License

1+ Year of supervisory experience (Skilled Nursing Preferred) - For Supervisor Role

Strong Leadership & Clinical Assessment Skills

Proficiency in PointClickCare (PCC) Software Comfort level in managing technology devices Experience with

Dementia Care and Behavior Intervention Techniques

Spanish Speaking a plus! Strong Organizational Skills & Attention to Detail Time Management Skills Ability to Work Independently & Make Quick, Sound Decisions A

Compassionate and Patient-Centered Approach

Schedule:

8-Hour Night Shifts (Day: 7a-3:30p / Eve: 3p - 11:30p)
