The hospital-assigned Registered Nurse assesses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for MCMC including those for patient assessment and transfer. Education: Graduated from accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred; Oregon RN licenseBLS requiredLicensure/Certification: Current applicable Oregon RN license required.Critical Care/TELE: ACLS required, TNCC within one year of hire for primary ICU RN, CCRN preferredExperience: Six months nursing experience or successful completion of nursing internship program preferred. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Requires critical thinking skills and decisive judgment and the ability to work unsupervised. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
