As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Behavioral Health Unit, you will provide direct patient care, assess and address individualized needs, implement treatment plans, and maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, empathetic care to patients in the Behavioral Health unit.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and responses to treatment.
Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to established protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Identify opportunities for improving care delivery and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
Active RN license in the state of employment.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (must be obtained within six months of hire).
Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced Stroke Life Support (ASLS) certification.
