Village of Lebanon is seeking a dedicated

Registered Nurse (RN)

to provide quality care and leadership in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community.

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with standards and physician orders. Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely. Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure top-quality care. Document resident progress and changes in condition. Work collaboratively with physicians, families, and the care team.

Qualifications:

Active

RN license in the State of Kentucky

(required). Strong assessment and clinical skills. Long-term care or rehab experience preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
