Integrative Registered Nurse - Part-time Outpatient Clinic Employment Opportunity

On^Point Integrative Medicine is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Integrative Registered Nurse to join our innovative outpatient clinic located at 510 Cranberry St., Suite 220, Erie, PA 16507. This position offers 20-29 hours per week within a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Our practice is led by two experienced physicians with over 50 years of combined clinical expertise and multiple board certifications. We specialize in non-surgical, non-medication approaches to chronic musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions, emphasizing a holistic, personalized approach that considers the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of health. Please note, we do not prescribe chronic pain medications.

Approaches patient care with a positive, health-focused attitude, engaging individuals through a holistic mind-body-spirit perspective. Willingness to undergo training and certification in musculoskeletal laser/photobiomodulation and assist in regenerative and integrative medicine procedures. Flexibility to work 20-29 hours per week, depending on clinical needs. Ability to serve as a Nurse Navigator, including patient communication, clinical updates, scheduling coordination, and patient education. Proficiency or willingness to learn the Cerbo electronic health record (EHR) system. Interest in obtaining Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) certification in life and health coaching to enhance the integrative care provided at On^Point Integrative Medicine.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform clinical and clerical tasks essential to patient care, including: Rooming patients, obtaining reasons for visit, vital signs, and presenting pertinent information to providers Maintaining accurate medical records in the EHR Assisting providers with musculoskeletal ultrasound and regenerative medicine injection procedures (Prolotherapy, Platelet Rich Plasma [PRP], Perineural) Phlebotomy for PRP injections and laboratory draws, as well as PRP processing Preparing solutions for injection procedures Turning over and stocking patient rooms, ordering supplies, and scheduling patients Serving as a Nurse Navigator by providing patient education, assisting with pre- and post-procedure requirements, conducting follow-up calls, answering questions, and communicating patient concerns to physicians Answering office phone calls and addressing inquiries appropriately Obtain training and certification in Category 4 Medical Laser/Photobiomodulation and provide these treatments as clinically indicated Once trained, provide remote coverage for messages and patient care issues when both physicians are unavailable, with the ability to contact physicians for guidance as needed

Schedule:

Part-time 20-29 hours per week

Compensation:

$35.00-$45.00 per hour, with wage increases after six months and annually thereafter

Required Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) degree
Please note that this position is contingent upon ongoing clinical demand at On^Point Integrative Medicine. Should clinical demand change, the position may be subject to reduction or elimination.
