About Waybridge Clinics

Waybridge Clinics is a growing outpatient practice specializing in depression-focused care, including

IV ketamine, Spravato (esketamine), and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)

. We pair advanced interventional psychiatry with warm, attentive, patient-centered care. Our Omaha clinic at Lakeside serves adults with major depressive disorder and PTSD, offering hope when traditional treatments haven't been enough.

The Role

We're looking for a

part-time Registered Nurse (RN)

to join our Lakeside team. This is a great fit for a nurse who enjoys a calm outpatient setting, values meaningful patient relationships, and likes being part of a small, supportive clinical team. You'll work directly with our Clinical Director and interventional psychiatry providers to support safe and effective ketamine and Spravato treatments.

This position does

not

involve high patient volume, hospital-pace acuity, or shift work. It

doesinvolve steady one-on-one patient interaction, strong clinical judgment, and a warm bedside manner.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with

IV ketamine infusions

: establishing IV access, patient monitoring, medication administration support, and documenting care in our EMR. Support

Spravato (esketamine) sessions

, including safety monitoring, vitals tracking, and recovery assessments. Provide clear, compassionate patient communication throughout the treatment process. Maintain treatment rooms, supplies, and infection-prevention standards. Participate in patient intake workflows, follow-up calls, and clinical coordination as needed. Collaborate closely with providers (PMHNPs, psychiatrists) to ensure safe, high-quality care. Respond to changes in patient condition using sound clinical judgment and established protocols. Contribute to a calm, supportive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment.

Qualifications

Active RN license

in the state of Nebraska (required). 2+ year of clinical experience (infusion, psych, PACU, ICU, ED, oncology, or clinic experience are all great fits). Strong IV skills. Comfort monitoring patients during mild to moderate sedating treatments. Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered mindset. Ability to work independently in a small team with consistent reliability.
