Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Level I and Level II Trauma Centers, demonstrating a strong ability to provide high-quality patient care in fast-paced environments. This role involves administering medications, performing venipuncture, and providing care for patients in various settings, including inpatient units and specialized departments such as ophthalmology and sonography.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards. Administer medications safely and effectively while monitoring patient responses. Perform venipuncture for blood draws and IV access as needed. Assist with ventilating patients who require respiratory support. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in patient education initiatives to promote health and wellness. Monitor vital signs and assess patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team. Assist in dialysis procedures when necessary, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
