We're getting ready to help a lot of people in Madison, and we're looking for a team of Registered Nurses who want to grow with us.

The Role



As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Hydrate IV Bar, you play a vital role in creating safe, comfortable, and uplifting experiences for every client. You bring your medical expertise and caring personality together to deliver IV therapy and vitamin injections that help people feel their best - from post-workout recovery to immune support and hydration boosts.

You ensure that every procedure, IV bag, and client interaction reflects the highest standards of safety and care. You collaborate closely with our Medical Director (via GuardianMD) and franchise network to maintain compliance, support team communication, and elevate the client experience.

This position is perfect for an RN who's passionate about health, wellness, and helping others - someone who loves blending clinical skill with human connection in a positive, growth-oriented environment.

What You'll Do



? Provide expert, compassionate care by seeing clients and performing IV and injection services within your nursing scope of practice.

? Identify client conditions, allergies, or medications that may require medical review and coordinate as needed with the Medical Director.

? Administer IV therapy, medications, and injections safely and skillfully to promote wellness and recovery.

? Monitor client responses, adjust treatments as needed, and ensure a smooth, comfortable experience.

? Protect client privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance in every interaction.

? Refer clients to specialty services when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.

? Help maintain and document inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

? Educate and engage clients about Hydrate IV Bar's services and wellness benefits.

? Manage client information using systems like MyTime or GuardianMD.

? Continue to grow professionally through ongoing education and development.

? Occasionally lift or move up to 40 pounds as part of clinic operations.

Who You Are



? Active WI RN license.

? Bachelor's Degree of Science in Nursing

? Must pass the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX)

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience administering IVs and vitamin injection protocols.

? Previous leadership experience strongly preferred.

? 1 or more years' retail, inventory, clinical or spa experience is highly preferred.

? Deeply committed to ethical practice, continuous learning, and patient safety.

? Bring strong interpersonal and communication skills with a calm, caring demeanor.

? Think critically and act confidently in both calm and fast-paced situations.

? Collaborate easily with providers, nurse practitioners, and medical directors.

? Stay organized, detail-oriented, and driven to deliver high-quality care.

? Maintain a professional, client-focused attitude with warmth and empathy.

? Thrive in an energetic, team-based environment.

? Excellent communicator. Listen well and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, with various audiences.

? Technically confident to learn new EMR/POS systems rapidly (MyTime, Infusive, or similar). Use standard office equipment, computer equipment, and software including word processing, database management, spreadsheet applications, and electronic mail, plus proficiency with advanced programs such as Google Drive, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.

? Pass all required background checks.

? Hold a valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation.

? Remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.

? Remain agile when faced with additional duties or responsibilities as assigned by owners.

? Use initiative and independent judgment appropriately.

? Overall strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
