The Adult Academic Health Center radiology department serves a high acuity and multidisciplinary patient population in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Radiology Nurses provide support in all areas of radiology including Interventional Radiology, CT, Ultrasound, MRI, and more. They provide hands-on care for patients undergoing a wide range of imaging procedures and are responsible for patient assessment, monitoring, providing moderate sedation, and much more. Experience: Med-surg and/or ICU is preferred. Moderate sedation experience is also preferred!

This position is referral eligible and qualifies for a location differential.



Hours:

Monday-Friday, 8a-6:30p, with a rotating day off each week.





Qualifications/knowledge/skills/abilities



Requires Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred. Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse. Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other Advanced Life Support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
