Now Hiring: Home Infusion Registered Nurse -- Saint Louis, MO & surrounding areas.

Grace Infusions is a family-owned, nurse-led agency that partners with specialty pharmacies to deliver high-quality infusions in the comfort of patients' homes. We're expanding and looking for an RN who enjoys independent practice and one-on-one patient care in Saint Louis, MO, and the surrounding areas.

What you'll bring

Active Registered Nurse License in MO or a compact state, BLS (ACLS a plus)

Strong IV skills (Required)

Responsibilities

and Skills

Administer intravenous (IV) medications and therapies according to established protocols. Monitor patients for adverse reactions during infusion therapy and respond appropriately. Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans, medication administration, and potential side effects. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records. PDF editing and basic computer skills. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Conduct assessments of patients' health status, including vital signs and overall well-being. Stay informed about current best practices in infusion therapy and participate in ongoing professional development. Travel to patients' homes across Saint Louis, MO, and the surrounding areas to start and monitor IV medications Perform focused assessments, troubleshoot line issues, and teach patients & families about the medication. Must be accessible and have outstanding communication skills.
Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $47.00 - $55.00 per hour
