We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Part-Time / PRN - Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team for North area team covering: Loveland / Longmont / surrounding areas. Assignments are typically grouped based on your residential location for convenience.

Conduct in-home evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans and establish medical records. Collaborate with physicians, staff, and external services to ensure effective care coordination. Oversee patient care quality and implementation of treatment plan. Maintain timely and accurate patient records to meet professional and regulatory standards. Review caseload documentation every 60 days to assess patient progress and treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Current Colorado RN license Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (hospital/emergency room experience preferred) Home care experience is a plus Proficiency in computer/EMR systems Experience with wound care and IV therapy BLS/CPR certification Reliable transportation
