We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our General Surgical Unit in Boise! This is a part-time, day shift position offers three 12 hour shifts every two weeks. This position will be located at our Level II Trauma Center off I-184 and Curtis Rd.

This position is eligible for a $4,500 Sign On Bonus May be eligible for relocation assistance and a generous relocation assistance package depending on location

As an RN at Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will provide hands-on patient care while collaborating with colleagues, maintaining accurate documentation, and utilizing resources wisely. You will serve as a patient advocate by promoting their physical, spiritual, and emotional well-being. You will also be expected to educate patients, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and develop care plans based on patient needs.

About this Position: RN\'s working on the unit will care for adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with progressive/intermediate acuity. It is a fast-paced environment with strong leadership and great opportunities for career growth and advanced training. Introducing a new care model.

We are excited to introduce Trinity Health Virtual Connected Care -a transformational team care model designed to improve patient care while providing nurses and care partners new opportunities and support. Locally based virtual RNs ( vRNs ) provide 24/7 care and help to patients and their families, while collaborating with bedside RNs and care partners to provide excellent care.

Virtual RNs ( vRNs ) provide onsite care 24/7 utilizing technology.

Trinity Health Virtual Connected Care utilizes onsite virtual nurses ( vRNs ) to provide expert level support through technology. These experienced nurses communicate directly with patients via an in-room TV monitor allowing patients to have access to the care team at any time.

Bedside RNs and Care Partners are able collaborate with experienced vRNs .

Trinity Health Virtual Connected Care provides mentoring and support for bedside nurses and care partners through the 24/7 support of the onsite virtual nurse. Our team model allows early career nurses to build confidence while providing complex care. License/Certification Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Idaho

Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network is required at hire
