Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our
Night Shift Float Pool
. In this role, you will provide direct patient care across multiple hospital units, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams while ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Our hospital fostersprofessional growth, inclusivity, and a supportive environment

Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process:
assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
. Conduct accurate and timely patient assessments. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans addressingphysical, psychosocial, and spiritual needs
. Prioritize interventions based on patient acuity and unit activity. Participate inbedside shift reports, safety huddles, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding
. Promote patient safety by adhering to hospital policies and safety protocols. Serve as arole model for professionalism, evidence-based practice, and teamwork
. Collaborate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.Requirements:
Valid Kansas RN license
.BCLS certification
through the American Heart Association.Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
(or completion within four years of hire). Strongclinical assessment and critical thinking skills
. Commitment toprofessional development and lifelong learning
.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in multiple hospital units or
float pool settings
. Knowledge ofevidence-based practices
andpatient-centered care models
