Job Description
Rehab RN needed to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients within a specific nursing department.
PATIENT CARE/NURSING SKILLS
- Develops a patient data base through interview, physical assessment, and psychosocial assessment.
- Plans and provides patient care which is correlated with the medical plan of care and is appropriate to the patient\xe2\x80\x99s age, developmental maturity, and functional status.
- Plans and provides sensitive, compassionate care to patients and families.
- Prioritizes care for patients.
- Administers medications in accordance with protocols and procedures.
- Performs treatments in accordance with protocols and procedures.
Current licensure to practice Professional Nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
ACLS & BLS
Location: Crozer Health \xc2\xb7 6440 - Physical Rehabilitation Acute
Schedule: PR =Part-time Regular, 0 =Rotating Shifts, 7a/7p-7p/7a
