Medication Administration: prepare and administer medications, including IV fluids and pain relief, while monitoring for adverse reactions and ensuring compliance with protocols.
Collaboration with Medical Team: work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring effective communication and teamwork in high-pressure situations.
Patient Monitoring: continuous monitoring of patients' conditions, including heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation, is essential to detect any changes that may require immediate intervention.
Documentation: maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments, and responses to care is crucial for compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience
Required (1) year acute hospital experience as a Registered Professional Nurse
Licenses/Certifications
Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. (AHA or RQI only)
