Job Description

Position Title: Resource Nurse

Location: Concord, NH

Shift Hours: 10:45 PM - 7:15 AM (5 shifts/week, 8 hours each, 40 hours total)

Includes every other weekend: Friday & Saturday 11 PM - 7 AM

Perform all duties typical of RNs and LPNs in psychiatric settings Oversee nursing units and support staff to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment hospital-wide Serve as a role model for safe, therapeutic nursing care delivery Communicate clinical and administrative concerns to nursing leadership and executive on call Initiate emergency preparedness and continuity of operations plans as needed Monitor staff adherence to hospital policies and standards Manage staffing across the hospital during shifts Demonstrate positive leadership and decision-making Candidate Information Required: Travel nurse work history: longest assignment, dates, and location Contract renewal availability for a second 13-week term Years of inpatient psychiatric RN experience Other psychiatric RN experience Other RN experience Off-shift House Nurse Supervisor experience in psychiatric and non-psychiatric settings, including years, units, beds, and shift details
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
