Position Summary

The

Registered Nurse (RN)

is responsible for delivering skilled nursing care and coordinating comprehensive care plans for clients in their homes. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and standards. This role requires clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine dedication to patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of clients' health needs. Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the client, family, and interdisciplinary team. Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, wound care, injections, and other skilled nursing services. Monitor client progress, evaluate outcomes, and update care plans as necessary. Educate clients and families on disease processes, medication management, and home care best practices. Communicate regularly with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations. Educate (CNAs), (DSPs), and other home care staff as needed. Participate in on-call rotations and staff meetings as assigned.

Qualifications

Current and unrestricted

Registered Nurse (RN)

license in the State of North Dakota. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred). Minimum of

1 year of clinical nursing experience

(home health or related field preferred). Current

CPR/BLS certification

required. Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
