Job Summary

The Elms of Lynchburg is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Med Tech/RMA to join our care team. This role is vital in supporting our residents' health and well-being through safe medication administration and attentive personal care. If you're passionate about senior care and thrive in a collaborative, respectful environment, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Administer medications accurately and timely per physician orders Monitor residents for side effects and report concerns to nursing staff Assist with daily living activities, including hygiene, mobility, and nutrition Maintain detailed documentation and uphold confidentiality standards Support a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Qualifications

Certified and Licensed Medication Aide in Virginia Current First Aid and CPR certification Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to lift and assist residents as needed Compassionate, respectful, and ethical approach to care
