New Permanent Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist - Westchester County, New York
Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday, varied shifts: 7a-5p, 8a-6p, 9a-7p, 10a-8p
Includes off-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call coverage
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range: $79k - $119k/year
Full suite of benefits and retirement plan

About the Role:
The Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist works under the direction of an Invasive Cardiologist and Nurse Manager to support diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac, electrophysiology, and vascular procedures. Responsibilities include equipment setup, patient monitoring, scrub assistance, procedure documentation, and maintaining patient safety throughout all stages of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional cardiac/EP/peripheral procedures
Prepare procedure rooms and set up specialized imaging equipment
Monitor patients and document procedures
Function as scrub assistant in a radiation environment
Manage supplies, instruments, and equipment
Support pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure patient care
Maintain required certifications and ongoing clinical competence
Requirements:
High School Diploma required
Graduate of certificate, degree, or post-secondary program in health sciences (cardiovascular tech, ultrasound, radiologic tech, respiratory therapy, nursing, EMT/paramedic, etc.)
Bachelor of Science degree preferred
Successful completion of scrub tech or hospital-based training program
One year scrub tech or cardiac tech experience preferred
BLS and ACLS required
RCIS preferred
