What You'll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision Implement treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA Teach functional skills based on individual goals Track progress through our simple data collection system Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and success

Who We're Looking For:

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Must pass a criminal background check Experience with children preferred (especially with autism or special needs)

Schedule:

Part-time

after school hours Monday-Friday availability preferred Occasional weekend hours available as needed
