Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team at Epic Minds Therapy. In this role, you will work directly with children in home and school settings, implementing individualized treatment plans that promote skill development and enhance the quality of life for our clients.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Assist in the development and modification of care plans based on each child's unique needs. Provide direct support to children with ASD and developmental disabilities during therapy sessions. Monitor and document progress towards treatment goals and objectives. Collaborate with families and educators to ensure consistency in therapeutic approaches. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
