Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with individuals by implementing treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles. This role is crucial in providing support and fostering a positive environment for growth and development with our clients.

Responsibilities

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Conduct direct therapy sessions with clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction. Provide direct support within a variety of settings such as in clinic, home, school and community. Monitor and communicate any changes in client behaviors and progress. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

:

Must have a current and active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the BACB. At least 1 year of experience providing ABA therapy with individuals with Autism or related developmental disabilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong communication skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
