8:30 am - 2:15 pm
Pay $23-26 per hour on a W-2 position, depending on experience
(We only offer W-2 positions, as it is against the BACB ethics for RBTs to be 1099 as they do not qualify as 1099 Independent contractors)

Job Responsibilities:
Implement ABA strategies and techniques focusing on verbal behavior
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a supervised BCBA
Work collaboratively with our team of professionals regarding patient care.
Job Requirements:
Must have an RBT Certification. Apply if you have this requirement.
Must have a Medicaid Provider ID. Apply if you have this requirement.
Must have an NPI (National Provider ID). Apply if you have this requirement.
Experience working with children or teens with autism or other disabilities.
Prefer 1 year of RBT experience.
FL Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
Must have effective oral and written communication skills
Must have current Level II Fingerprinting / Background Check On File
Must pass Lee County Sheriff's Office background check(s)
Hold a valid school vendor badge (Preferred)
