The Position:
The Registered Behavior Technician will provide individual treatment, assist with diagnostic assessments, and implement behavioral support services or programs utilizing applied behavior analysis for a mixed caseload including adults and/or children with disabilities and their families or support staff under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of patients under our TherABILITY Program. The RBT should be familiar with other services and resources in the community and work closely with families to provide information and support when required.

Candidate's Major Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain confidentiality of records relating to patients' treatment.
Assist BCBA with the assessment of patients using ABLLS, VB-MAPP, PEAK, Vineland and QABF, MAS, FAST, and/or Functional Behavior Assessment as needed.
Assist in the development and identification of resources and support information for patients and their families. Assist with preparing patient material as needed.
Provide 1:1 direct therapy in applied behavior analysis, using a combination of intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements. Provides curated, direct assistance for behavioral services to patients under the supervision of the BCBA to a diverse patient population in three modes of delivery as needed: In-Office, Teletherapy, and In-Community.
Collaborate with other treatment team members and members of the patient's education environment regarding patients' progress through interdisciplinary team meetings, record review, and informal discussions as appropriate. Attend team trainings, meetings, and events. Maintains monthly performance levels.
Modify treatment activities and approaches as needed to comply with changes in patients' status.

Education and Experience:
Required high School diploma or college coursework from an accredited university. Preferred Bachelor's degree or higher in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech, or related field.
RBT certification required
BLS or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross Assoc required.
Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience working in clinical healthcare, allied health field, or educational setting providing 1:1 care or implementing ABA principles to a diverse range of individuals from pediatrics through adulthood, addressing a wide variety of problems and disorders.
