Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Provide direct support and behavioral interventions in clients' homes Collect data on client progress and report to supervising BCBA Foster positive relationships with clients and their families Assist in the development of social and communication skills

Compensation and Schedule:

Pay range: $18-$28/hour Full-Time: 35-40 hours/week or Part-Time: 10-20 hours/week Flexible shifts available Fitzgerald, GA

Skills and Qualifications:

Current RBT certification required

Experience in ABA therapy preferred High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills
