Job Description

Divine Homes Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct, one-on-one behavioral support to an individual in their home and community. The RBT will implement a personalized behavior intervention plan (BIP) to help the individual develop life skills, promote independence, and encourage positive behaviors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral support to the individual in home and community settings.
- Implement the behavior intervention plan (BIP) tailored to the individual's specific needs.
- Support the individual in building daily living, social, and communication skills.
- Assist the individual in community activities such as shopping, appointments, or recreational outings.
- Use evidence-based strategies to manage and reduce challenging behaviors.
- Accurately collect and document data on the individual's progress and behaviors.
- Foster a safe, supportive, and structured environment for the individual.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (7 hours per day).

Qualifications:
- RBT certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field preferred).
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges is a plus.
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to the individual's home and community locations.
