Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team and provide direct services to children with autism spectrum disorders (ASDs). Successful candidates will have a thorough understanding of the functions and principles of behavior, verbal operants and the critical importance of data tracking. The ideal choice will have significant experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families. We are especially interested in RBTs who want to learn more about ABA and progress in this field.

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior plan interventions Collect data and help track progress Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients Communicate effectively with team members, families, and other professionals Provide support to clients in a variety of settings
