Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in clients' homes and community settings. This is not a clinic-based role--our team goes where support is needed most. Ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others, strong communication skills, and the ability to think on their feet.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based environments Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collect and record data with fidelity using digital systems Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals to support client success Assist with skill acquisition in social, adaptive, and daily living domains Support generalization of skills across real-world environments

Requirements:

Active RBT Certification (required) High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college preferred Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel to client homes Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (proof of vaccination required) Ability to work independently in variable environments Must pass background check and any state-required registry checks

Preferred Experience:

Prior in-home or community-based ABA work Experience working with teens or young adults Familiarity with AIM, ACT, or social skills facilitation a plus
