About the Role


We're looking for RBTs who bring clinical skill, care, and curiosity to their work. As part of our team, you'll have the chance to contribute meaningfully to each client's care, collaborate with experienced BCBAs, and grow in your own clinical development. We offer ongoing mentorship, intentional caseload matching, and a work culture that values communication, follow-through, and flexibility. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus!

Key Responsibilities



Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, clinic, and/or community settings Collect accurate data and communicate progress clearly Collaborate with supervisors and families to support meaningful goals Attend regular supervision, team meetings, and clinical trainings Maintain confidentiality of all client information and adhere to ethical standards in behavioral health practices Maintain a consistent schedule and uphold professional boundaries

What You'll Bring:



Hold/maintain certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children or young adults Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently in varied settings Professionalism, adaptability, and a warm, grounded approach to care Bonus if you've worked in schools, homes, or community settings (not required) Ability to pass a background check and reference check Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred Bilingual (Spanish/English) highly preferred.
