Position:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay Range:

$25-$35/hour

Salary options are available for all RBT staff with an active RBT certification.

Location:

In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)

Schedule:

Afternoon cases only |

10-25 hours per week

1:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Delivering high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy during afternoon hours Following treatment plans designed by our BCBAs Tracking progress with easy-to-use systems (training provided) Partnering with families and teammates to help kids thrive Bringing compassion, energy, and consistency every day

What You Bring:

Current RBT certification (or actively pursuing it) Love for working with children A positive, team-first attitude Reliable transportation Commitment to being available within the

1:30 PM - 8:00 PM window

for
