Job Description

An Industrial Supplier company near Troy, MI is currently seeking for a

Regional Warehouse Manager

to join their team. This position includes out-of-states travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities of Regional Warehouse Manager

Monitor operations of multiple warehouses in US.

Manage and support site-level Warehouse Managers and their teams.

Ensure consistent implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations.

Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and on-time delivery.

Analyze operational metrics (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Drive cost-effective practices while maintaining high service standards.

Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and safety standards.

Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and customer service departments.

Lead warehouse audits, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliations.

Develop budgets and manage labor, equipment, and operational costs.

Lead training, and development initiatives across warehouse teams.

Address and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications of Regional Warehouse Manager

3-5 years of experience in warehouse /logistics operations management experience

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or other related major

Knowledge of MRP and ERP systems

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel

Able to travel out-of-state up to 50%

Strong leadership skills in a team environment and skills to bring a positive atmosphere to the team

Ability to be flexible to work effectively with a wide variety of people and to work responsibly and effectively in a multicultural environment

Excellent communication (Speaking, Writing, Reading, Listening) and presentation skills

Ability to multi-task and perform duties time efficiently

Team-worker, Detail-oriented, Responsible, Punctual, Self-motivated

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
