Salary: $70,000 - $120,000/year (Base + Commission)

Aquafinity is seeking a motivated

Territory Operations Manager

to oversee all aspects of technical service and regional operations for commercial aquatic systems. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter who thrives on independence, technical problem-solving, and building strong client relationships. You'll be the go-to expert in your region--balancing service excellence with proactive business development.

What You'll Do

Take full ownership of your regional territory with accountability for performance Perform technical service activities, including installations, repairs, and preventative maintenance Build strong client relationships through on-site visits, consultations, and training sessions Identify new business opportunities and expand service contracts Collaborate remotely with sales, scheduling, and project management teams Represent Aquafinity at trade shows and industry events Monitor budgets, expenses, and performance metrics for your territory Provide both inside and field technical support

What You Bring

5+ years of experience in technical service and/or sales (commercial pool, HVAC, or water treatment preferred) Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical skills Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (including overnight stays) Ability to perform light physical tasks Completion of Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) training within one year of employment
