We are seeking a detail-oriented and compliance-focused Regional Surveyor to join the Arcare Organizational Review team. In this role, you will conduct various audits and inspections to ensure adherence to organizational policies and procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include performing inspections of clinics, laboratories, and offices, as well as conducting audits related to safety, compliance, ADA accessibility, Sliding Fee Scale, and HIPAA standards.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong observational skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently while contributing to the overall effectiveness and quality of healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to various sites to conduct inspections and audits, including:
+ Clinic and laboratory inspections
+ Safety and compliance audits
+ Sliding Fee Scale reviews
+ ADA accessibility inspections
+ HIPAA compliance audits
+ Front office inspections Maintain detailed records and documentation of inspections and findings
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to ensure compliance
Collaborate with clinic staff and management to implement corrective actions
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities
Stay updated on regulatory requirements to ensure the organization remains compliant
Skills & Attributes:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify potential compliance risks
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic communication systems
A proactive and organized approach to conducting audits and inspections
