in the West Palm Beach and Boca Raton areas. This person will ensure each facility is fully staffed, compliant, and aligned with corporate HR standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support facility-level staffing coordinators across all assigned locations
Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance oversight
Act as the primary liaison between facility administrators and corporate HR for staffing needs and scheduling strategies
Monitor schedules for accuracy, compliance, and appropriate coverage
Step in to fill scheduling gaps or temporarily act as a staffing coordinator when required
Standardize staffing processes to improve efficiency and communication
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Staffing Coordinator
in a
skilled nursing or long-term care
setting
Proven ability to manage staffing across multiple facilities or units
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with
Empeon
and
SVB
systems preferred
Reliable transportation and ability to travel between facilities as needed
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time position, primarily weekdays
