Regional Security Manager

Position Responsibilities

Implement Uline\xe2\x80\x99s physical security initiatives and operations for all the company\xe2\x80\x99s west coast locations.

Oversee security processes and policies to reduce risk, respond to incidents and limit exposure and liability in all areas of risk.

Conduct and supervise reports relating to internal and external investigations of any losses, violations of laws, regulations, policies and procedures.

Manage the Uline Workplace Violence Prevention process within the region.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in police science, criminal justice, information security or related field.

7+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement or military service.

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Professional Security Certification, e. g. Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

Interview course accreditation (i. e. Reid, Wicklander-Zulawski, PEACE, etc.).
