The Regional Sales & Project Manager is a commissions based role responsible for developing new business opportunities within an assigned territory while overseeing restoration projects through completion. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with insurance partners, referral sources, and customers, while ensuring projects are properly scoped, estimated, managed, and delivered in accordance with company standards. The individual in this position operates with a high level of independence, balancing territory growth with hands-on project management to ensure quality outcomes, profitability, and customer satisfaction across all assigned jobs.
Essential Duties
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the owner and/or manager.
Support timely billing by ensuring jobs are ready for invoicing promptly upon completion of services.
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance partners and referral sources while actively prospecting, networking, and responding to referrals to generate new restoration opportunities and grow the assigned territory.
Conduct on-site inspections to assess damage, determine scope of work, and document conditions for contents restoration projects.
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate in accordance with company pricing, industry standards, and applicable service agreements.
Manage assigned projects from intake through completion, coordinating labor, vendors, and internal resources to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and insurance partners, providing clear communication, updates, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all required documentation, photos, notes, and system updates are completed accurately and in a timely manner across internal and external platforms.
Monitor job costs, scope changes, and project profitability, addressing variances and supplements as needed.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams to support efficient scheduling, production, and delivery of services.
Represent the company professionally in the field, at partner meetings, and during industry-related activities.
Ensure work is performed in compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-5 years in restoration project management, estimating, or related field.
Sales or territory management experience preferred.
Xactimate proficiency required.
Strong local connections in Eugene / Coast / Central Oregon highly preferred.
Self-directed, organized, and relationship-focused.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel regionally.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
