REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WEST COAST

REQUIREMENTS OF REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WEST COAST

  • Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • REQUIRED: 3 - 4 years previous flooring or interior design industry sales experience
  • PREFERRED: Previous experience as A&D representative or flooring representative
  • Travel up to 80% (by car or air) throughout the West Coast region

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Must be comfortable presenting both in person and in virtual settings with the ability to embrace new technical details
  • Ability to lift more than 30 lbs on a regular basis
  • Excellent customer service and negotiation skills
  • Self motivated with a sense of urgency to achieve company goals
  • Problem solving attitude
RESPONSIBILITIES OF REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WEST COAST

The Regional Sales Manager - West Coast will be responsible for meeting our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative for the western territory of the US by performing the following duties:
  • Making daily sales calls on existing clients
  • Must continually prospect for new accounts and opportunities while developing awareness of the territory.
  • Quicky answer and service clients and market request through email and phone calls.
  • Weekly travel to present and increase products knowledge to the retail dealers and A&D community
  • Create relationships with distributor partners, traveling with and educating their sales representatives
  • Visit clients\' showrooms assuring Florim products knowledge between the showroom sale associates and work closely to help ensure that marketing tools are being utilized and are prominently displayed in customers\' showrooms.
  • Ensure that sales representatives stay familiar with and keep pushing the brand.
  • Facilitate clients\' tours and knowledge visits to manufacture facility on a regular basis to increase brand awareness and product knowledge.
  • Initiate and promote company programs and new product introductions.
  • Place samples, marketing tools, and rack displays in the territory.
  • Prepare and communicate weekly reports outlining sales progress on achieving goals, competitive market conditions, and product needs.
  • Manage the sales pipeline by clearly communicating from customers to internal departments.
  • Represent the company at trade events or other events time to time organized by the Company.
  • Perform other assigned duties as required.
SALARY AND BENEFITS FOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER - WEST COAST:

Salary between $70,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + Commission
