Develop and grow the regional eqpiment business, by focusing on the execution of the sales strategy, developing and implementing plans with each team member, and have a strong proactive sales management approach.
Nature & Scope:
Develop and implement short and long term sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Planning should take into consideration the interests and needs of customers. Develop and grow Equipment Sales, and other services, in the assigned region in accordance with Quincy targets and objectives.
Your ability to identify key improvement areas and implement processes which will bring sustainability & profitable results to the service business and deliver in both short and long term goals will drive success in the job. Continuously work with both inside and field sales team to create the right mix of products. Additionally, fostering collaboration between CTS Sales, Operations and Equipment Sales to further capture opportunities from day one will be key for the successful completion of your mission. This is a dynamic, challenging and exciting mission for the right profile candidate.
