Are you a proactive and energetic sales professional eager to showcase your exceptional sales skills? Our next area sales manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales for INSURANCE PRODUCTS throughout Lake, Geneva, and Ashtabula Counties of Northeastern Ohio. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets and profit margins. The right manager must have the ability to recruit, develop and influence top performers. We need a confident sales pro with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting new customers through solicitation and networking.
Our ideal candidate should have at least a year of experience managing sales, preferably in the financial industry. No cold calling, no door-to-door solicitation. Work from the office or home.

Responsibilities:

• Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships
• Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
• Identify new business leads by examining local market trends and competition activities
• Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor's degree in business or a similar field a plus
• Stays organized and manage time well
• Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
