The role

:


This is a key role within the Sales team, developing new customer relationships while maximising sales from existing accounts. Duties will include:

Be the contact point for key accounts, building strong client relationships in order to drive sales and optimize NPD opportunities. Drive commodity lines by understanding client needs and client market. Utilize Market research tools to understand market trends/conditions. Maximize all potential sales opportunities by understanding the client's needs and matching those with CCI products. Respond to customer and potential customer enquiries within 24hrs, sending holding emails where necessary. Host regular phone/video calls with clients to build on working relationship. Research, identify and contact potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives (trade shows, accreditations, advertising, country trade association...). Attending conferences, meetings and industry events. Preparing and delivering PowerPoint presentations and sales displays. Contacting clients to inform them about new product developments. Developing and presenting quotes, proposals and tailored solutions. Produce a quarterly report and a strategy plan to present at the quarter review. Producing weekly activity reports and monthly logo board (targets and performance).

The requirements:




To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience with ERP's, CMS and eCommerce systems along with knowledge of the natural and organic food or ingredient industry systems. You will also have the following skills:

Excellent communicator, written, verbal and non-verbal, with strong negotiation skills. Excellent organisation skills. Outstanding attention to detail. Deadline focused. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Packages. Ability to balance delivery of long-term projects with day-to-day demands. * A team player, with individual sense of ownership.
