Regional Purchasing Agent

Full-Time | Based in Creswell (OR), Medford (OR), Redmond (OR), or Caldwell (ID) | Salary Range: $75,000-$105,000

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Regional Purchasing Agent, based in Creswell, Medford, Redmond, or Caldwell, who's ready to bring strategic thinking, negotiation expertise, and strong relationship management to a critical role that impacts both cost and customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Regional Purchasing Agent, you'll be responsible for managing subcontractor relationships, project pricing, budgeting, and regional purchasing performance. Your work directly supports branch margin targets, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization.



Key areas of impact include:


Managing vendor partnerships and performance across your assigned region Negotiating contracts and resolving trade partner issues Creating accurate budgets for base plans, options, and custom jobs Developing and analyzing pricing for standard and custom options and base plans and custom models Partnering with internal teams including Design, Scheduling, and Field Operations Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and margin achievement Addressing lien issues and ensuring trade compliance Supporting strategic initiatives around material and labor optimization

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and purchasing experience 3+ years in purchasing, supply chain, or vendor management (construction experience strongly preferred) Strong negotiation and contract management skills Solid understanding of how purchasing impacts margins, cost structure, and financial performance Ability to read construction plans and perform quantity takeoffs and cost analysis Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, KOVA, etc.) and Microsoft Excel/Google Workspace Exceptional communication and collaboration skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned region (minimum 1 visit per branch per month)

Compensation & Benefits:
