Based in Sacramento, BoaVida is a property management company supporting over 250 Manufactured Home and RV Communities nationwide. We are currently seeking qualified candidates to provide management oversite to a portfolio of properties throughout the Kansas, New Mexico and Texas area.

The Regional Property Manager is a management position that ensures that the operations of assigned properties meet the compliance standards and expectations of our company, fair housing laws, and regulatory requirements. Along with operational oversite, this position is responsible for monitoring and directing all site-level personnel in a professional, friendly, and cost-effective manner, as well as directing and driving home sales. The Regional Manager/Sales Manager will work at the direction of the Central Zone Team Leader to effectively operate a portfolio of properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES



Effectively operate and manage the properties with P&L accountability. Hire, train, motivate and monitor community level team members. Work within budgets on spending projects and improvement plans as well as routine maintenance. Problem solving. Regular reporting. Manage tenant expectations and be legal liaison. REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS



Minimum 3 years' experience in a supervisor position. Regional property management experience required. Experience managing home installation and sales process. Construction experience is a plus. Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with residents, vendors, employees, supervisors, and other potential points of contact. Must assimilate direction well. Must have strong multi-tasking skills and strong ethics. Individual must be a self-starter and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, completing tasks in a timely manner. Intermediate to advanced computer skills required. Must have reliable registered transportation, a good driving record, and be willing to travel overnight on occasion. Must be able to pass background check and substance abuse screening.
