Regional Operations Manager

Salary Range:

$80,000-$95,000

Reports To:

Director of Operations

Position Summary

The Regional Operations Manager oversees multi-state janitorial operations across Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, Kansas, and Texas. This role provides high-level leadership to Area Managers, ensures compliance with company standards, and maintains strong client relationships. The Regional Manager handles escalated issues, oversees budgets, and supports operational planning for all locations within their region.

Key Responsibilities

Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to all Area Managers across assigned states. Oversee operational performance, staffing, client satisfaction, and compliance across the region. Maintain high-level contact with clients for escalated concerns or major account updates. Review budgets, labor spending, and profitability for all managed sites. Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to the Director of Operations. Support site start-ups, large account transitions, and special projects across states. Ensure safety training and compliance standards are upheld across all locations. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Safety to ensure operational alignment. Travel regularly across states to maintain visibility and support area managers.

Qualifications

5-7+ years of multi-site or regional management experience in facilities, janitorial, or service operations Strong leadership, budgeting, and analytical skills Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities Ability to travel weekly as needed across multiple states Experience working with large teams and diverse work environments
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
