Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) has provided tailored security solutions throughout the Gulf Coast for over 45 years. We provide armed and unarmed security officers to protect commercial businesses and assets. We also perform federal contract security and emergency response work. Our electronics division installs and maintains burglar alarms, fire alarms, and CCTV systems. We also monitor commercial and residential alarm systems. Job Skills / Requirements

This role will act as administrative support for multiple regions and as a coordinator with Law Enforcement agencies for off-duty details. This position will be based out of the Memphis Office. Some of the job can and will be done remotely, but you will primarily report to the Memphis office. Some potential travel may also be necessary.

This position works closely with our Board of Directors, Corporate staff, Sales Team, and Regional Branch Managers throughout the company. This role is an integral part of the operation of our company and requires dedication and attention to detail.

This position will have a somewhat flexible schedule, but the willingness and ability to work nights, weekends, or prolonged hours during our company\'s emergency & Urgent response efforts. Commitment to these areas and understanding the 24/hour nature of our work is a requirement for this position.

This position is paid a weekly salary, requires high administrative and decision-making skills, and will supervise 2+ employees.

The ideal candidate will be experienced, eager, friendly, and professional. We are looking for a real go-getter.

Task will include:

Fleet management

New job startup

Managing regional uniforms/equipment needs and distribution.

Scheduling setup and oversight

Onboarding new employees

Additional operations support and oversight.
