Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for leadership and healthcare quality improvement? We are seeking a dedicated Regional Nurse Consultant to join our team and oversee nursing operations across multiple locations in Dayton, Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.
Regional Nurse Consultant Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and support to nursing staff at various nursing home facilities within the region.
Conduct regular site visits to assess clinical practices, compliance with regulations, and quality of care.
Collaborate with facility leadership to implement best practices and address areas for improvement.
Serve as a resource and mentor to nursing teams, offering guidance and education on clinical standards.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Participate in recruitment, training, and evaluation of nursing personnel.
Monitor and analyze clinical outcomes, infection control measures, and resident satisfaction.
Regional Nurse Consultant
Qualifications:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio; multi-state licensure preferred.
Proven experience in a leadership role within long-term care or skilled nursing facilities.
Strong understanding of state and federal regulations governing nursing homes.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to travel regularly between locations within the assigned region.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Regional Nurse Consultant or similar role.
Familiarity with healthcare operations in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida.
