Regional Manager

to help us deliver a personalized and elevated experience for our owners, employees and residents--current and future.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident in guiding teams, building structure, and driving operational excellence. While day-to-day leadership is essential, we are also looking for someone who brings strategic ideas to enhance processes and support our continued expansion.

With our corporate office in Draper, Utah, we oversee rental communities across Idaho, Arizona, and Utah (primarily Utah, Summit, Salt Lake, Davis, and Weber Counties). Key Responsibilities

Oversee operations for a growing portfolio of 800+ residential units. Lead, develop, and mentor Resident Managers and support teams. Build and maintain a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance. Lead hiring, onboarding, coaching, and ongoing training efforts. Monitor key metrics including occupancy, delinquency, renewals, and online reputation. Identify operational improvements and support process scalability. Maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, and community partners. Prepare and present monthly performance updates and reports. Attend HOA board meetings and represent MAXX professionally. Manage escalated concerns from residents, vendors, and property owners. Collaborate with legal partners on evictions, compliance, and regulatory matters. Ensure strict adherence to Fair Housing laws and company policies. Demonstrate a proven track record of success in regional property management. Utilize strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills to drive results. Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

3+ years of property management experience (including maintenance, marketing, and supervisory responsibilities). 3+ years of experience in a leadership or regional-level role. Proven experience managing multi-site operations (minimum 500 units). Strong team leadership and staff development capabilities. Demonstrated success improving operational consistency and overall property performance. Experience with AppFolio (preferred), Z-Inspector, and Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, Outlook). Utah Real Estate License (required or willingness to obtain within six months). Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Schedule

Standard 8-hour shift with breaks Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
