Position Overview




RYSE Management is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily communities within an assigned region. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, compliance, and resident satisfaction while developing and supporting high-performing onsite teams.



The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong financial and operational expertise, and leads with professionalism, accountability, and empathy.

Key Responsibilities



Drive operational and financial performance across a regional portfolio to meet or exceed budgeted goals Partner with Community Managers to develop action plans focused on occupancy, NOI, and resident experience Oversee budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting Monitor leasing performance and collaborate with marketing to execute effective leasing and branding strategies Ensure consistent delivery of a residentfirst experience and timely resolution of escalated concerns Conduct regular property inspections focused on maintenance standards, safety, curb appeal, and compliance Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, local/state/federal regulations, and company policies Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and risk exposures Stay informed on market trends, rent comparables, and regional economic conditions Coach, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite leadership teams Participate in corporate initiatives, acquisitions, transitions, and crossfunctional projects as needed

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum 3+ years in a regional or multisite leadership role within multifamily property management Proven experience managing diverse portfolios and leading teams to achieve performance goals Real Estate license required in applicable states (or ability to obtain)

Industry certifications such as CPM, CAPS, or CAM strongly preferred


Strong financial acumen with experience analyzing P&Ls and propertylevel financials Proficiency in RealPage and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills Strong knowledge of Fair Housing, landlordtenant laws, and OSHA standards Ability to travel within the assigned region up to 60% of the time

Work Environment




This role operates in a hybrid environment that includes office work, frequent property visits, and regional travel. The position requires walking properties, climbing stairs, exposure to outdoor conditions, extended computer use, and travel by car or plane.
