Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time

Regional Maintenance Supervisor

to cover a region including Alabama and Georgia.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

oversight of the physical condition of all communities within the designated region; coordination of all preventative maintenance programs; evaluation of programs; assist in the preparation and management of budgets for the region; oversight of maintenance policies, procedures, and best practices; and recruiting, training, and developing maintenance personnel.
Regular travel to the regions will be required both during audits and throughout the year to evaluate the condition of the properties and performance of the maintenance staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

Willingness to travel:

50% (Required)
Work Location: On the road
