What You'll Do:

Lead and manage the overall operations of the region, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations Supervise and support department leaders to ensure effective delivery Recruit, hire, train, and retain qualified staff Provide a positive work culture Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community Cover multiple communities for Better Living

What You'll Need:

5+ years as Executive Director in Iowa Assisted Living RDO experience preferred Oversee multiple operational areas Skilled in budgeting, staffing, and financial management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges, interpreting instructions, and driving results in complex situations
